Understands the needs of our customers and successfully sells services/products to meet business goals and objectives as well as ensuring the customers have a positive experience with our company. The CSR Professional listens to customer concerns, answer customer questions and provide information about the company’s products and services. They also are critical for resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Answering customer inquiries and providing sales quotations for parts and aftermarket support as needed
• Receiving and acknowledging customer orders, and entering into company ERP system
• Developing and executing complete and detailed lists of buyout requirements to fulfill customer orders
• Monitoring direct and stock order purchasing related to customer order activity
• Communicating with customers and company team as needed regarding order progress and shipping expectations
• Coordinating shipment and order fulfillment with company shipping and receiving staff to exceed customer expectations.
• Working with our sales and operations teams to monitor and optimize inventory on-hand at our various facilities
• Developing and executing inventory updates and reorders, as well as supplier costing updates in our ERP system
Job Specifications
• Associate Degree or better in a related field, three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A customer-service focused individual that successfully responds to technical and non-technical customer and employee inquiries.
• Ability to handle a varied and fast-paced workload to meet customer requirements for both project and day-to-day MRO requirements.
• A well-organized and self-directed team player with a passion for winning.
• Ability to work with various computer programs including vendor based software.
• A positive, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
The rate of pay for this position starts at $26 per hour and is commensurate with experience.
